RaeAnn Ranch is a 60 acre full service boarding facility located just 20 minutes from the heart of Birmingham in Odenville, Alabama. We have roughly 30+/- acres of lush green pastures with 5 separate large and small paddocks. This allows each horse to be paired with equal dispositions to ensure the safety of each horse to the best of our ability. We also have 25+/- acres of wooded trails following alongside the beautiful Kelly Creek, making this the perfect place to stop for lunch in the shade. Our main barn consists of 12 stalls, a heated indoor and outdoor wash rack, large tack room, as well as, room for storage in front of each individual stall for convenience. We have a separate 3 stall shed row barn that may serve as a foaling stall or a place to separate horses with concern for an illness until cleared by a vet to return to the herd. We have a full restroom equipped with a shower, as well as, an air conditioned/heated lounge for those needing to cool off or warm up during times of extreme weather. Our outdoor arena is 130'x170' with sand/clay footing adequate for the most competitive timed events. As the owners, we live onsite making us able to care for our horses 24/7. We pride ourselves on being just large enough to allow us to do what we love and care for these animals full time, while still being small enough to maintain a personal and at home feel without the hustle and bustle of a larger boarding facility.
